Countdown to Christmas Day 27....Candy Cane Fudge

This recipe is so easy and very yummy! Candy Cane Fudge...Anything can be made Christmassy if you try!



Ingredients
1.5 cups of White Chocolate melts
1 can of condensed milk
7 candy cans

Instructions
1. Line a 20x20cm tin with baking paper.
2. Place the candy canes in a ziplock bag. Cover with a tea towel and crush with a meat mallet.
3. Place condensed milk and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave for 1 minute.
4. Stir and return to the microwave for another 45 seconds.
5. Once completely melted, pour into tin (make sure you do this quickly, as the fudge starts to set fast)
6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
7. Place in fridge for 2 hours or until set.
8. Cut into pieces and store in the fridge.
